Bloomhouse Ads Pipeline

Terms of Service

Last updated 14 September 2026

These terms govern use of the Bloomhouse Ads Pipeline (“the application”), operated by Bloomhouse Marketing. By signing in, you agree to them.

Who may use it

The application is an internal tool. Access is granted by Bloomhouse Marketing to its own staff and, where agreed, to the client whose advertising data is shown. There is no public sign-up, and no account can be created from this site. Access may be withdrawn at any time.

Acceptable use

The data shown

Advertising data displayed by the application belongs to Bloomhouse Marketing’s clients and to Google. The application reports on that data; it does not claim ownership of it. Figures are drawn from the Google Ads API and are only as current as the most recent sync, which the report states on screen.

No warranty, and a caution about decisions

The application is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Reporting can be incomplete or delayed — a sync can fail, and Google restates recent figures as conversions are attributed late. Verify anything material against Google Ads itself before making a spending decision on it. Bloomhouse Marketing is not liable for losses arising from reliance on the application’s output.

Availability

No uptime is guaranteed. The application may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn at any time without notice.

Third-party services

The application uses the Google Ads API, and is hosted on Vercel with a database provided by Supabase. Use of Google data through the application is additionally governed by Google’s own terms and by the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date above reflects the current version, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
